Service Description
Harness the power of your Inner Voice with our personalised and targeted programs designed to support you in achieving your goals. Our 4-session and 8-session coaching programs are tailored to your needs. They allow more time and space to go deeper into recognising our self-dialogue (inner voice) and interpersonal skills. Often, we start with a DISC personality assessment that provides instant insights and acts as a launching pad for your intended results. Come to us with your own area of interest or concern, or choose from one our specialised programs as described below. "State of Your Life" The 4-session coaching program delves deeper into our "State of Your Life" program that assesses five key areas to identify what's holding you back: relationships, work, finances & resources, physical health and environments, spiritual life. We take this score card, pick the single most important factor, and use the coaching sessions to decide on how to close the gap between being stuck and reaching your goal. “What’s Your Fear Pattern?” The 4-session coaching program delves deeper into the insightful and stirring enquiry. Identifying your core fear can equip you to break the pattern that sabotages you. You dream of a more fulfilling career, but why aren't you going for it? Some of us insist "I just don't have the time" or "If I had more money, I'd do what I want." Peel back the layers, though, and you'll find the real reason for your hesitation: Fear. But what are you afraid of exactly? "Best Possible Future Self" The 4-session coaching program: we delve deeper into an uplifting coaching program called, “Best Possible Future Self Exercise”. Imagine what your best possible self is like at some point in the future. We guide you through empowering exercises that lead to positive emotions and health benefits by writing about your best possible future self, and working through action steps towards your ultimate goals. Don't try to figure it out on your own - you are personally supported by us every step of the way on your journey. We also work with Corporate teams, School educators, Scouts groups, Youth groups, students, sporting teams, and more. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of other clients, please send an email to elizabeth@innervoice.com.au as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged cancellation fees. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so via our website booking platform by logging in to your account more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, please send an email to elizabeth@innervoice.com.au. Late cancellations will incur a fee or forfeiture of your appointment. Our Late Cancellations/No-Show Policy and Fees Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client 100% of the missed reserved appointment fee. We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur. In the event of an unexpected last-minute event or emergency preventing you from making your appointment, please call us at +61 2 8252 8416 during business hours (8am-6pm Monday-Friday). If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late to your appointment If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
