This free 15-minute session with Elizabeth Kelly is a chance to explore your needs. Whether you’re navigating personal growth, team dynamics, or leadership development, this free consultation gives you the space to share your goals and ask questions. It’s a simple way to see if Inner Voice is the right fit—before you commit.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of other clients, please send an email to elizabeth@innervoice.com.au as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged cancellation fees. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so via our website booking platform by logging in to your account more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, please send an email to elizabeth@innervoice.com.au.  Late cancellations will incur a fee or forfeiture of your appointment. Our Late Cancellations/No-Show Policy and Fees Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client 100% of the missed reserved appointment fee. We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur. In the event of an unexpected last-minute event or emergency preventing you from making your appointment, please call us at +61 2 8252 8416 during business hours (8am-6pm Monday-Friday). If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late to your appointment If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
